Is the ticket tied to a specific day?
No. Your day ticket is valid on any show day and grants one-time entry.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You can show your ticket on your smartphone. However, we recommend printing it, as this automatically enters you in the €500 shopping tour.
Is my ticket transferable?
Yes. We only scan the barcode – the name is not checked.
Can I use the ticket multiple times?
No. Each ticket is valid only once and is voided upon entry.
Will my bucket be shipped to me?
No. All buckets must be picked up on-site at Carp Austria – no shipping.
Why are there no discounted tickets for youth or disabled persons with online tickets?
Online tickets are already discounted until October 31. This gives everyone the opportunity to buy a ticket at a reduced price.
Discounted tickets are available exclusively at the box office and apply to youth and persons with a disability pass.
