Yes. You can buy day tickets and buckets for other people in one order. Tickets and vouchers are issued in the buyer’s name and sent to the buyer’s email address.

So your ticket can be created securely and sent to the right email address. If there’s a problem, we can only deal with the buyer stored in our database.

After payment you receive your ticket by email. You can download it, print it or show it on your smartphone at the entrance.

Depending on the payment method, it can take a little while until your ticket is ready to download. If you have questions, please send your order number to info@carp-austria.com.

No. Tickets bought online cannot be cancelled or exchanged.

There is no right to a replacement. Before the event we’re happy to resend the email with your tickets – just contact us with your order number.

Every day at 14:00 a winner is drawn in Food Hall 4. The winner must be present and can spend the € 500 directly with the exhibitors at the show.

No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all halls. Smoking areas are directly accessible outdoors.
