🔎 Explore current exhibitorsBuying a fishing boat: which boat types does Z-Boats offer?
Which fishing boat is right for you depends on the water: reservoir, river, gravel pit or sea. Z-Boats stocks several boat types and brands to cover all of them.
| Boat type | Strengths | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| Aluminium boats | light, tough, low maintenance | rivers, reservoirs, predator fishing |
| PE boats | virtually indestructible, impact-resistant | gravel pits, rocky banks, frequent launching from slipways |
| Fibreglass (GRP) boats | large fishing platform, smooth ride | large lakes, all-round and predator fishing |
| Inflatable boats | light, portable, with aluminium or air floor | carp fishing, baiting up, playing fish from the boat |
| Kayaks | quiet, manoeuvrable | lure fishing close to the bank |
HYDRA 450: PE fishing boat for tough conditions
The HYDRA 450 is a PE boat that Z-Boats imports to Austria. Polyethylene is extremely impact-resistant and shrugs off rocks, jetties and slipways. That makes the boat a good fit for anglers who change venues often and head out in any weather.
Nautig Carp Dream 18/20: carp boat with cabin
For carp anglers, the Nautig Carp Dream in 18 and 20 ft is the one to look at. Z-Boats says it is the exclusive importer for Austria. The boat has a cabin for sleeping, storage space for tackle and a fishing platform – built for long sessions right on the water, where this is permitted.
HY 5.0 Fish: fibreglass boat for predator and all-round fishing
The HY 5.0 Fish from the HY series has a fibreglass (GRP) hull and a large fishing platform. It suits predator and all-round anglers who need space for a fish finder, rods and a bow-mount motor.
Complete package: boat, motor, fish finder and conversion
Z-Boats doesn’t just sell boats – on request it fits them out completely: boat, outboard or electric motor, bow-mount motor, fish finder, mounts and custom conversions. The in-house workshop handles maintenance, repairs and retrofits – on site or as a mobile service. Over the winter, your boat can be put into storage.
