The Arena Nova in Wiener Neustadt is conveniently located and easily accessible both by car and by public transport.
By car:
- From Vienna or Graz via Wöllersdorf:
- A2 Südautobahn, exit Wöllersdorf
- Continue in the direction of Wiener Neustadt
- At the traffic circle straight ahead onto the B21 (Nordspange)
- Turn right at the DEHNER traffic circle
- Turn left at the next McDonald’s traffic circle
- Follow the road, and Arena Nova will appear on the left side.
Parking spaces: Sufficient free parking spaces are available directly at the Arena Nova.

Why are there no discounted tickets for youth or disabled persons with online tickets?
Online tickets are already discounted until October 31. This gives everyone the opportunity to buy a ticket at a reduced price.
Discounted tickets are available exclusively at the box office and apply to youth and persons with a disability pass.
Is the ticket tied to a specific day?
No. Your day ticket is valid on any show day and grants one-time entry.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. You can show your ticket on your smartphone. To participate in the 500-euro shopping spree, we recommend printing the ticket.
Is my ticket transferable?
Yes. Only the barcode is scanned at the entrance. The name on the ticket is not checked.
Can I use the ticket multiple times?
No. Each ticket is only valid for a single entry. If you leave the fair in between, please get a stamp for re-entry.

Yes. Each online ticket entitles you to a single entry and can be redeemed on any day of the fair.
Each ticket is only valid for a single entry. If you leave the fair in between, please get a stamp so you can re-enter.
Yes. You can buy day tickets and buckets for other people in one order. However, the tickets and vouchers will be issued in the name of the buyer and sent to their email address.
No. Only the barcode on the ticket is scanned at the entrance. The name is not checked.
Registration is necessary so that your ticket can be securely created and sent to the correct email address. Problems can only be handled with the buyer who is stored in the database.
After payment, you will receive your ticket by email. You can download it, print it, or show it on your smartphone at the entrance.

In the 500-euro shopping spree, a winner is drawn daily at 2:00 PM. The winner must be present and can spend the budget directly at the exhibitors’ stands at the fair.
Buyers of an online ticket as well as buyers of a Surprise Bucket are automatically eligible to participate.
If you want to participate with a bucket collection voucher, you must collect your bucket before 1:30 PM at the collection point.
For automatic participation, you must bring your ticket printed out. The entry ticket will be collected at the entrance/check-in.
