4. Ticket Shop and Contract Processing
When purchasing tickets, we process the data you provide during the order process, in particular name, address, email address, telephone number, purchased tickets, voucher codes and access data.
Processing is carried out for the performance of the contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, for compliance with legal obligations pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR and on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, in particular for fraud prevention and event organization.
5. Payment Processing
For payment processing, data is transmitted to payment service providers.
These include in particular Mollie, Sofortüberweisung, EPS, PayPal and credit card providers, if these payment methods are offered.
Payment data such as credit card numbers or bank details are not stored by us. Processing is carried out for payment processing in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
6. Advertising and Communication
We use your data to inform you about our own events, offers and promotions.
This is done either on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR or our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in direct marketing within the framework of existing customer relationships in accordance with § 174 TKG 2021.

7. Newsletter with Brevo
Newsletters are sent via Brevo.
In particular, email address, IP address, registration time, consent status and usage data such as open and click rates are processed.
Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in proving consent and optimizing our communication.
8. Postal Advertising
Your data, in particular name and address, may be used to send postal advertising for our events, offers and promotions.
This is done on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
If you no longer wish to receive postal advertising or would like your data for postal delivery to be deleted or updated, please send us a message including your name and address to info@carp-austria.com.
9. Contests and Promotions
When participating in contests, promotions or prize draws, we process your data for the purpose of conducting the respective campaign, contacting you and handling prizes.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR and our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in the proper execution and documentation of the campaign.
If consent is given for receiving advertising or newsletters, processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Necessary cookies are required for the technical operation of the website.
Analytics, marketing and tracking cookies are only set after your consent.

Meta Pixel and PixelYourSite
Our website uses the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. via the PixelYourSite plugin, provided you have consented to marketing cookies via our cookie banner.
This allows us to track whether users perform certain actions on our website after clicking on a Facebook or Instagram advertisement. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
Google Analytics

12. Integration of External Content
Our website may include content from third-party providers, such as YouTube videos or Google Maps.
When accessing such content, personal data, in particular your IP address and technical usage data, may be transmitted to the respective provider. Where technically possible, such content is only loaded after your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.
13. Google Fonts
If Google Fonts are hosted locally on our server, no data is transmitted to Google.
If external Google Fonts are used, your IP address may be transmitted to Google when accessing the website. In this case, use is only based on your consent or after corresponding technical adjustment to local integration.
14. Photo and Video Recordings at Events
Photo and video recordings are made at our events. These recordings may show visitors, exhibitors, brand representatives, staff, speakers and other persons present.
The recordings are used for documentation, reporting, public relations, promotion of our events, presentation of the fair atmosphere, press work, publication on websites, social media channels, print media, videos, advertising materials and archives.
Processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR in conjunction with the relevant provisions of the DSG. Our legitimate interest lies in documenting, promoting and publicly presenting our events.
15. Use of Image Material by Exhibitors, Brands and Partners
Photo and video recordings from events may also be made available to exhibitors, brands, sponsors, media partners, cooperation partners and press representatives.
These may use the image material for reporting, documentation, promotion of their trade fair participation, presentation of their products, brand communication and public relations. If exhibitors, brands or partners further process the material independently, they are responsible for their own processing.
Persons who do not wish to be recorded may contact our team on site. We will endeavor to take such requests into account within reasonable organizational limits.
16. Storage Period
Data is only stored for as long as necessary for contract fulfillment, due to legal obligations or to safeguard legitimate interests.
Contract and billing data is generally stored for the duration of statutory retention periods. Newsletter data is stored until withdrawal or unsubscription, unless longer storage is required to prove consent.
Photo and video recordings may be stored long-term for documentation, archive, evidence, press and advertising purposes. Published content may remain publicly accessible as long as the respective publication channel, article or medium exists.
17. Disclosure of Personal Data
Personal data is only disclosed if this is necessary for contract fulfillment, payment processing, event execution, compliance with legal obligations or based on legitimate interests.
Recipients may include in particular payment service providers, IT service providers, newsletter service providers, tax advisors, authorities, exhibitors, cooperation partners, media partners, sponsors, press representatives and processors.
18. Processors
We use service providers who process personal data on our behalf. Where required, data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR have been concluded with these providers.

Under the GDPR, you are generally entitled to the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection to processing based on legitimate interests.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Trade Fair Visitors
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the purchase of tickets – online or on-site at the box office – as well as to participation in events organized by Angling Entertainment.
They also apply to additional services, promotions, and goods offered within the scope of the event, unless separate conditions apply.

3. Conclusion of Contract
For online orders, the contract is concluded upon successful payment.
When purchasing at the box office, the contract is concluded upon purchase and handover of the ticket.
The purchaser confirms that they are of legal age or acting with the consent of a legal guardian.
4. Prices and Payment
The prices displayed at the time of purchase apply. Payment is made using the available payment methods.
Online payments may be processed via payment service providers such as Mollie, Sofortüberweisung, EPS, PayPal, or credit card providers, if these payment methods are offered.
Tickets are only valid after full payment has been received.
5. Delivery and Use of Online Tickets
Online tickets are provided electronically via email and can be printed or presented digitally on a smartphone.
Entry is only permitted with a valid and readable ticket. In case of loss, inability to locate, technical unreadability, or misuse, no replacement will be provided.
Upon entry, the principle of first scan applies. The first scanned ticket is valid; further copies lose their validity.
6. Right of Withdrawal for Event Tickets
According to § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG, there is no right of withdrawal for services related to leisure activities if a specific date is provided.
Event tickets are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.
7. Goods, Bucket Deals and Surprise Buckets
These products can only be ordered online and are distributed on-site. Shipping is not provided.
Withdrawal is only possible within the statutory 14-day period, unless legal exceptions apply.
8. Voucher and Promo Code Tickets
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are only valid within the specified scope.
9. Cancellation, Changes & Force Majeure
The organizer reserves the right to postpone, restrict, modify, or cancel events for important reasons.
Important reasons include in particular force majeure, official requirements or prohibitions, security concerns, natural events, severe weather, pandemic, epidemic, strikes, failure of essential infrastructure, technical disruptions, or other circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.
Costs such as travel or accommodation will not be reimbursed.
10. Admission and House Rules
In case of violations, access may be denied or the visitor may be removed from the premises.

11. Age Restriction
Admission from the age of 16 without accompaniment.
12. Photo and Video Recordings
Photo and video recordings are made at events. These may show visitors, exhibitors, brand representatives, staff, speakers, and other persons present.
The recordings are used for documentation, reporting, public relations, promotion of the event, and to present the atmosphere of the fair, and may be published on websites, social media channels, print media, videos, advertising materials, and archives.
Processing is based on the legitimate interest of the organizer pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, in particular for the presentation and promotion of the event as well as media reporting.
Photo and video material may also be made available to exhibitors, brands, sponsors, cooperation partners, as well as media and press representatives in connection with the respective event. These parties are responsible for their own further processing.
Persons who do not wish to be recorded may contact the organizer on site. Such requests will be considered within reasonable organizational limits.
13. Resale
Commercial resale is prohibited.
14. Liability
Liability only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

17. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
