After nine successful years at the Pyramide Vösendorf, during which the fair grew in size and attracted more and more visitors, the location was literally bursting at the seams and there was no possibility of enlarging the exhibition space. But it was not only a lack of space that prompted the move.
A disproportionately massive rent increase of well over 300% and new parking fees for visitors‘ parking spaces on the part of the Pyramide Vösendorf were the main reasons for the decision to look for a new venue for CARP AUSTRIA 2023.
Carp Fishing Expo CARP AUSTRIA TULLN
After years of successful events at the Pyramide Vösendorf, the Carp Austria team is pleased to have found a new location that better meets the requirements and needs of exhibitors and visitors. The new Carp Austria location is Messe Tulln, about 30 km from the Pyramid.
The new event location, Messe Tulln, provides exhibitors and visitors with larger and more modern premises. Carp Austria Tulln can therefore welcome even more exhibitors and visitors and present an even wider range of fishing accessories and services. From carp baits, rods and reels to fishing clothing and boats, the fair has everything an angler’s heart desires.
Visitors can finally look forward to wide aisles that invite them to stroll, browse and shop, as well as many new attractions.
The supporting programme will also be more varied and extensive than ever before. Visitors can look forward to numerous lectures, workshops and product demonstrations by renowned angling experts such as angling professor Dr. Robert Arlinghaus and Frank Schmidt. In addition to the opportunity to exchange ideas and network with other anglers, there will also be the chance to take part in competitions and win great prizes.
Carp Show with eXtra Topics Catfishing – Spin Fishing
Carp Austria has always established itself as the largest carp show in Austria and offers a wide range of products and services related to carp fishing. However, other types of fishing are also gaining in popularity, especially catfishing and modern spin fishing. For this reason, there will be an eXtra theme at the upcoming Carp Austria Tulln dedicated entirely to these two types of fishing.
In addition to the more than 100 exhibitors covering all aspects of carp fishing, suppliers of fishing accessories for catfishing and modern spin fishing will also be represented. Visitors can look forward to high-quality products and innovative novelties that have been specially developed for these types of fishing. Product presentations around catfishing and modern spin fishing will also be offered to provide visitors with a comprehensive experience.

Product presentations at the CARP AUSTRIA SHOW POOL
A special highlight of this year’s Carp Austria will be the new show pool for product presentations. Here exhibitors will present the latest fishing accessories in a unique way and visitors can experience first-hand how they work.
At the SHOW POOL, visitors can experience presentations of feeder boats, inflatable boats, artificial lures, mounts, underwater cameras and much more up close.
Fishing and outdoor clothing fashion show

For the first time at the Carp Austria fishing fair, there will be a daily fashion show especially for fishing clothing.
