Liebe Aussteller der Carp Austria 2024!
Wir freuen uns, euch dieses Jahr ein besonderes Angebot machen zu können: die Einführung eines Belohnungssystems für Aussteller! Als erste Fischereimesse bieten wir euch damit die Möglichkeit, durch die aktive Bewerbung eures Messeauftritts vergünstigte Messestände für die Carp Austria 2025 zu sichern.
Wie funktioniert das Belohnungssystem?
Jeder Aussteller erhält von uns einen individuellen Rabattcode. Mit diesem Code können eure Kunden 10 % Rabatt auf Online-Tickets für die Carp Austria erhalten. Für jedes verkaufte Ticket, das mit eurem Code erworben wird, schreiben wir euch 10 % des Nettoticketpreises als Gutschrift für euren Messestand auf der Carp Austria 2025 gut.
Beispiel:
- Normalpreis des Tickets: 13 €
- Rabattierter Preis für den Kunden: 11,70 €
- Nettopreis (ohne Steuern): 9,36 €
- Eure Gutschrift: 0,94 € pro verkauftem Ticket
Die Ticketverkäufe sind dieses Jahr bereits auf Rekordniveau! Unser Ziel ist es, durch das Belohnungssystem noch mehr Aussteller zu motivieren, ihre Präsenz auf der Carp Austria aktiv zu promoten und dadurch auch die Verkaufszahlen auf der Messe zu steigern. Euer Einsatz wird also doppelt belohnt!
Was müsst ihr tun?
In den nächsten Tagen erhält jeder Aussteller seinen individuellen Rabattcode. Wie ihr diesen Code nutzt, bleibt ganz euch überlassen, aber wenn ihr ihn aktiv einsetzt, profitiert ihr gleich doppelt:
- Vergünstigte Messestände für 2025
- 10 % Rabatt auf Tickets für eure Kunden, was wiederum eure Verkaufszahlen auf der Messe steigern kann
Vorbereitung
Um den Rabattcode bestmöglich einzusetzen, empfehlen wir euch:
- Erstellt Grafiken und Videobotschaften für eure Social Media-Kanäle.
- Sendet Newsletter an eure Kunden, um den Rabattcode zu teilen und Interesse an eurem Messeauftritt zu wecken.
Hinweise
- Gutschriften erhalten nur Aussteller, von denen wir eine Standanmeldung erhalten haben, bzw. die von uns eine Rechnung für ihren Stand bekommen. Eine Barablöse ist nicht möglich.
- Die Gutschrift wird automatisch bei der nächsten Carp Austria 2025 eingelöst.
- Jeder Rabattcode wird individuell für eure Firma und/oder Marke erstellt. Auf Wunsch sind auch zusätzliche Codes möglich.

Carp Austria Reward System – How it works
Dear Exhibitors,
We are excited to announce that this year we are introducing a reward system for exhibitors! We are the first fishing trade show to offer such a system. This means that by promoting your participation in the show, you can secure discounted booth spaces for Carp Austria 2025.
How does it work?
As an exhibitor, you will receive a discount code. With this code, your customers can get a 10% discount on online tickets. For each ticket sold using your code, you will receive 10% of the ticket price (excluding taxes) as credit toward your next booth at Carp Austria 2025.
Example:
- Normal ticket price: €13
- With 10% discount, the customer pays: €11.70
- Price excluding taxes: €9.36
- Your credit: €0.94 per ticket sold
Ticket sales are already reaching record levels this year!
Through this reward system, we aim to encourage more exhibitors to promote their presence at Carp Austria, which will also increase their sales at the event. Your efforts for 2025 will therefore be doubly rewarded!
What you need to do:
In the coming days, we’ll be sending all exhibitors their discount codes. You can then use these to engage your customers. Whether or not you use the code is up to you.
However, if you choose to use it, you will secure:
- A discounted booth for 2025
- Discounted tickets for your customers, which in turn can increase your sales at the event
Get ready:
Create graphics, video messages, and newsletters to share the discount code with your customers!
Notes:
- Credits are only available to exhibitors who receive an invoice from us. Cash payout is not possible.
- The credit will be automatically applied to your booth for Carp Austria 2025.
- Each discount code carries the name of the company and/or brand. Individual codes can be created.
Take advantage of this unique opportunity to strengthen your presence at Carp Austria and boost your sales!
With your discount code, you will also receive 10 online ticket codes for free entry. You can use these for giveaways or invite your top customers to attend for free.
