Bring your voucher printed out to the event to pick up your bucket at Carp Austria. The code for the "Surprise Bucket Voucher" ticket is valid for one surprise bucket. If you have bought several buckets, you must present the valid voucher for each bucket.

If copies have been made and are in circulation, only the voucher presented first entitles you to receive a bucket. Holders of additional copies are not entitled to an exchange or refund of the purchase price. If lost, there is no right to a replacement. Bucket vouchers purchased online cannot be canceled. The surprise buckets are exclusively intended for trade fair visitors and must be picked up at the issuing point at Carp Austria on December 6th or 7th, 2025. There will be no shipping or other handover! Attention: You need a valid admission ticket to pick up your bucket. Day tickets can be purchased online or at the box office on site.

By purchasing an online ticket or a surprise bucket, you automatically take part in the €500 shopping tour! However, you must print out your ticket or your bucket voucher! We will collect the entry ticket at the entrance. However, it is important that you redeem your bucket voucher before 1:30 p.m. IMPORTANT: Only the buyer, i.e. the name on the ticket, takes part.

Yes, you can buy day tickets and buckets for other people in one order. However, the day tickets and bucket vouchers are issued in the name of the buyer and all tickets are sent to the buyer's specified email address. We do not check names at the entrance or when handing out the buckets.

Your ticket will only be sent to the email address you provided when registering. Problems can only be dealt with by the person who appears as the buyer in the database and on the ticket.

Yes! We don't check names at the entrance, so that's not a problem. We just scan the barcode on the ticket, so if you want to sell your ticket to someone, you can do so without having to change the name.

No, you don't have to print it out. But you do have to download it! As soon as you have paid for your online tickets, you will be redirected to the download page and you can download the tickets. You will also be sent a download link by email. Clicking on the download link will take you to the page where you can download your tickets. You can print them out or have them scanned by your smartphone at the entrance. We recommend that you print out your ticket, as this will automatically take you on the 500 Euro shopping tour. Depending on the payment method, however, it may take several days for the tickets to be available for download. If you have bought several day tickets, you must print them all out.
All online tickets have a unique code, so they can only be scanned and registered once at the entrance. So make sure not to share your ticket information so that your ticket is not used by a stranger before you.

Children up to 10 years of age do not have to pay admission, but must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.
