Scope<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the purchase of tickets \u2013 online or on-site at the box office \u2013 as well as to participation in events organized by Angling Entertainment.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    They also apply to additional services, promotions, and goods offered within the scope of the event, unless separate conditions apply.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>2. Conclusion of Contract<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    For online orders, the contract is concluded upon successful payment.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    When purchasing at the box office, the contract is concluded upon purchase and handover of the ticket.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    The purchaser confirms that they are of legal age or acting with the consent of a legal guardian.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>4. Prices and Payment<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    The prices displayed at the time of purchase apply. Payment is made using the available payment methods.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Online payments may be processed via payment service providers such as Mollie, Sofort\u00fcberweisung, EPS, PayPal, or credit card providers, if these payment methods are offered.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Tickets are only valid after full payment has been received.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>5. Delivery and Use of Online Tickets<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Online tickets are provided electronically via email and can be printed or presented digitally on a smartphone.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Entry is only permitted with a valid and readable ticket. In case of loss, inability to locate, technical unreadability, or misuse, no replacement will be provided.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Upon entry, the principle of first scan applies. The first scanned ticket is valid; further copies lose their validity.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>6. Right of Withdrawal for Event Tickets<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    According to \u00a7 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG, there is no right of withdrawal for services related to leisure activities if a specific date is provided.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Event tickets are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.\n  <\/p>\n  <div class=\"legal-highlight\">\n    Illness, inability to attend, or non-participation does not entitle the holder to a refund.\n  <\/div>\n\n  <h2>7. Goods, Bucket Deals and Surprise Buckets<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    These products can only be ordered online and are distributed on-site. Shipping is not provided.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Withdrawal is only possible within the statutory 14-day period, unless legal exceptions apply.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>8. Voucher and Promo Code Tickets<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and are only valid within the specified scope.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>9. Cancellation, Changes &#038; Force Majeure<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    The organizer reserves the right to postpone, restrict, modify, or cancel events for important reasons.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Important reasons include in particular force majeure, official requirements or prohibitions, security concerns, natural events, severe weather, pandemic, epidemic, strikes, failure of essential infrastructure, technical disruptions, or other circumstances beyond the organizer&#8217;s control.\n  <\/p>\n  <div class=\"legal-highlight\">\n    In the event of cancellation, postponement, or significant changes, the organizer may, at its discretion, provide a voucher, replacement ticket, or maintain the validity of the existing ticket or bucket redemption voucher for a future event instead of a refund. There is no entitlement to cash payment, unless mandatory legal provisions require otherwise.\n  <\/div>\n  <p>\n    Costs such as travel or accommodation will not be reimbursed.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>10. Admission and House Rules<\/h2>\n  <div class=\"legal-highlight\">\n    By entering the venue, visitors accept the house rules as well as the GTC and instructions of the organizer.\n    <br><br>\n    In case of violations, access may be denied or the visitor may be removed from the premises.\n  <\/div>\n  <p>\n    Arena Nova house rules:\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/arenanova.com\/hausordnung\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Link<\/a>\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>11. Age Restriction<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Admission from the age of 16 without accompaniment.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>12. Photo and Video Recordings<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Photo and video recordings are made at events. These may show visitors, exhibitors, brand representatives, staff, speakers, and other persons present.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    The recordings are used for documentation, reporting, public relations, promotion of the event, and to present the atmosphere of the fair, and may be published on websites, social media channels, print media, videos, advertising materials, and archives.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Processing is based on the legitimate interest of the organizer pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, in particular for the presentation and promotion of the event as well as media reporting.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Photo and video material may also be made available to exhibitors, brands, sponsors, cooperation partners, as well as media and press representatives in connection with the respective event. These parties are responsible for their own further processing.\n  <\/p>\n  <p>\n    Persons who do not wish to be recorded may contact the organizer on site. Such requests will be considered within reasonable organizational limits.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>13. Resale<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Commercial resale is prohibited.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>14. Liability<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Liability only in cases of intent or gross negligence.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>15. Data Protection<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Applies:\n    <a href=\"https:\/\/carp-austria.com\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>16. Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n  <p>\n    Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Graz.\n  <\/p>\n\n  <h2>17.
